User Accounts and Persons relation

Persons classification

Vecticum authorized access to the company data based on the Person rights in given company. Persons are categorized by classes:

• Counterparty – Person authorized as an external user to access limited functionality. E.g. company vendor;
• Simple user (Person) - Person authorized to access certain data and functionality in Vecticum, e.g. invoice approval;
• Employee – Person authorized to access Vecticum.HR module.

One Vecticum User might be applied only to one Person in a Company. But Person Classes in each Company might differ.
